Michael helped me find my dream home! I had been searching unsuccessfully for an apt to buy for months. I wanted an updated and move in ready apt, with new kitchen and high end appliances, but also within my budget. All the agents I worked with either gave up on me or didn't really understand what I was looking for. Luckily I met Michael. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and offered very good advice. He suggested that I look a little outside of my comfort zone and was able to find me the perfect apt in a great neighborhood that I didn't know existed. Michael has been instrumental in helping me upgrade my apartment and move to Long Island City. He’s very knowledgeable on the market and was very kind and patient to show me all the different listings and helped me find the perfect home. But to buy the new home, I had to sell my old apartment. He was able to get top dollar for my old apartment in only a short few months. His strong negotiation skills also saved me money, which I’m very grateful for and helped paid for the move. He also helped me along the entire process, lawyer, lender, etc. so that everything went smoothly and on schedule. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I contacted Michael because I was interested in living in the Manhattan. He was very accommodating to my schedule by meeting with me on nights and weekends to look at places. After showing me a few places I realized that living in Manhattan was not for me. I ended up buying a coop in Yonkers. While I did not use Michael for this transaction he did recommend another Realtor® who knew that local area better than him and continued to check in with me and make sure my search was still going alright.
